Exhibitor Refund Policy

Cancellation Deadline:
Cancellations and refunds can be given out with written notice only. We accept postal mail and e-mail notifications. Refunds will be percentage based given the time the notification is received.
6 months or more before Show: 100% Refund
90 days to 6 months before Show: 50% Refund
Less than 90 Days to Show : No Refund

Facility Power Drop The hotel charges $100 per power drop. Straight pass thru cost. If purchased after July 13th please let the onsite staff know so they can fulfill your purchase.	$100.00
Giveaway Bag Insert Place one promotional item or flyer into the Delta H Con giveaway bag, which goes to all attendees. Minimum 1000 items must be provided for bag insert.
