How To Create A Tacticool Cosplay

This panel will be run as an educational lecture demonstrating different kinds of builds on approaching a military/tacticool cosplay. Builds will be demonstrated from a budget/low cost one to an extremely high cost/high involvement one, and everything in between. Audience participation in the form of Q/A, request for anecdotes, and general commentary will be solicited in order to vary the presentation. This topic is not covered very often, and I hope to offer a documented and well-explained process on how to create a cosplay like this one that emulates both video games, anime, and other visual media.
